The first film took many by surprise. Its sequel managed to escape the classic ‘curse’, and left everything ready for the third installment in 2025. However, the A Quiet Place franchise will first look back, when the savage alien hunt turned the world into a wasteland of blood and silence. A Quiet Place: Day One features the extraordinary Lupita Nyong'o in the lead role, and after three release date changes, anticipation is high. (June 28, in theaters)
