If your job involves sitting in front of a computer screen and typing for several hours each day, you know that you type several repeated sentences daily. Whether you are a programmer, a copywriter, an office worker, or a technical support employee, it is no exception. For this reason, we present the platform Beeftext, which will make your day a little easier by automatically writing your repetitive text for you.
How It Works
With the program, you can easily enter frequently used phrases in any environment that allows you to copy and paste text (for example, Windows Notepad, Microsoft Word, or any other text editor). The tool will detect the phrase (keyword) and replace it with the text fragment assigned to it.
Once you download Beeftext, the platform will start working automatically and without any configuration, thanks to its Unicode encoding, which supports any language and any type of characters. The program has a configuration tab from which you must insert predefined phrases along with the keywords that should replace them. Each keyword corresponds to a phrase. When you type that keyword, the tool will automatically replace it with the assigned phrase.
To achieve this, the environment will gradually incorporate the information from your keystrokes, as long as the program runs in the background. If you are concerned about your security, you can rest easy: Beeftext does not store the information corresponding to your keystrokes locally, nor does it send it to a web server.
As the platform is in beta, it is not exempt from errors. If this happens, the developers indicate, from their GitHub project page, that users should report any kind of failure there (via messages).
There are many text substitution programs on the net, but a free platform, without ads, with constant maintenance and updates, open source, and available for Windows operating systems like Beeftext, there are very few. And the truth is, it saves a lot of work! Verified.
