Wave 10C leads only in peak brightness, at 450 nits versus 430 nits, although both are well behind the brightest displays.
For performance, Wave 10 pairs the octa-core Unisoc UMS9230E with a Mali-G57 MP1 GPU, while Wave 10C uses a quad-core Unisoc T310 and PowerVR GE8300. Wave 10C lists a higher maximum clock of 2 GHz versus 1.8 GHz, but the AnTuTu result clearly favors Wave 10. Wave 10 also adds LPDDR4X instead of LPDDR4 and Bluetooth 5.2 instead of Bluetooth 5.0.
The cameras and battery are essentially level: both have a 5,000 mAh battery, 10 W charging, a 6.88″ IPS LCD display and IP54 protection. Wave 10C keeps a removable battery, while Wave 10 has a non-removable one; Wave 10 adds BeiDou to GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS and Galileo. For more memory, storage and connectivity, Wave 10 is the better buy; Wave 10C is worth choosing only if it costs less.
