It is said that ridiculousness knows no limits, and some enthusiasts did not hesitate to let it loose with their homemade fighting games. I still remember very well several projects based on Mugen... although I also admit that in the right hands, that tool delivers extraordinary results.

But the point is that anything can fight anything. If someone managed to create a visual novel with refrigerators as characters, then a mega-tournament with half-naked Japanese guys shouldn't surprise us, right? Here is when you want to know its name... Brief Karate Foolish.

Brief Karate Foolish: Glory in Briefs

The epic story of Brief Karate Foolish tells us that B. Zoro, Emperor of Darkness, organizes every ten years a great martial arts tournament, offering as a prize his Black Briefs, which give their owner the authority to rule the world. Thus, eight warriors with well-defined personal goals enter the competition.

For example, Kuranado is an addict to anime dolls and figures who seeks to kill B. Zoro. Stretch wants to share his beauty with the world, and the best way (besides entering the tournament) is to fight in underwear because he is an exhibitionist.

Garigari-kun went crazy from studying so much and participates in the tournament by accident, since he confused it with a final exam. Tamano Hikari is a failed sumo wrestler who constantly cheats and plans to win the tournament to prove himself. I invite you to discover the rest on your own, because this madness doesn't end.

What do we know about its developer? His name is Dream Creation System or DCS, and after visiting their official page, we've verified that they created several Flash games, including a "lite version" of Brief Karate Foolish called "Briefs".

All you have to do in that game is control one of the characters, S. Tamade, and defeat an infinite wave of Garigari-kuns. If you get hit ten times, you die. How many can you defeat? You'd better find out.

Brief Karate Foolish is available on Steam, and it's free to play.
