Wu’s Anthropic departure came first
In a November 3, 2026, post on X, Wu said the Friday before had been her last day at Anthropic. She did not give a calendar date for that Friday.
Wu joined Anthropic in August 2024 as a product manager on its Research PM team, then later led product for Claude Code, according to her first-person account published by Anthropic.
