The elements you can add to the form include input boxes, text, and various dialog frames. By default, the background is white, but you can change it to your liking. To do this, click on the settings and from there change the background color or add an image. To add a background image, you'll need to insert its URL.
What stands out about this platform is that on the right side of its interface, you can see in real time how the form is looking visually. The form saves automatically. To publish it, you only need to copy the code (shortcode option) generated by the plugin and paste it into any post. To see user responses, go to the 'View entries' section where you can read them or export them in CSV format.
