The answer comes in the form of DeepCreamPy, a project by GitHub user "deeppomf". Basically, any interested user must download the Windows-compatible build (346 megabytes for beta 2.0), edit the image to process by replacing censorship elements with pure green color following the instructions, copy the edited and original to the corresponding folders, and run the DeepCreamPy executable.
DeepCreamPy's strong point is penises and vaginas without major obstructions. A censored anus or nipple cannot be processed by the artificial intelligence, and it is definitely not compatible with animations or video scenes... for now. The fact of having to edit each image by hand to replace the original censorship with a green reference becomes very tedious in record time, but the alternative is even worse.

And speaking of results... not that good. DeepCreamPy easily removes black bars, but needs additional training with mosaics and white bands. In other words, patience. Its last update was published 15 days ago, and it can only improve.
