The Doogee Note57 Lite uses a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Its documented refresh rate is 90 Hz, with 720 × 1,612 px resolution and 269 ppi density. The display specification also lists a hole-punch notch, curved glass, Panda Glass and capacitive multi-touch. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is included. The plastic body weighs 195 g and comes in Black, White, Blue and Orange.

Hardware consists of the octa-core Unisoc SC9863A, up to 1.6 GHz, with PowerVR GE8322 graphics, 3 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 32 GB of storage. Storage expansion is supported, but the listed RAM and internal capacity are limited for users who keep many apps or files on the phone.
