Dot11Expert is a suite for solving WLAN problems. This powerful tool helps you determine network statistics, network adapters and access points, signal strength, IP address, MAC address, authentication mode, and physical and MAC layer statistics.
What Dot11Expert Can Do
When you have problems or lack Internet, the platform can determine network failures, such as when your computer is connected but there is no Internet access.
Once you download the program from its official page, you'll see it starts working immediately. Its interface is very easy to understand; at the bottom left and right you'll find all the information for each Internet provider.
Double-clicking on each network adapter will show you, via a pop-up window, the MAC address, link quality (as a percentage), RSSI, channel and frequency, among other information.
At the top of the utility you'll find three buttons, from which you can view the access point details, the connection, and the adapter statistics. The information provided by the program is detailed, and if you are unfamiliar with WLAN terminology, you probably won't know how to interpret it.
