There is always that moment when someone announces an event or kicks off a long maintenance session using their local time as a reference. Many tools exist for converting and understanding time zones, but if you want something simple and intuitive, you should check out the Every Time Zone portal.

Keynotes, announcements, events, maintenance periods for online games, patch releases… the list goes on. All these things have their defined schedule, but in most cases, it's not ours.

Time zones can become a nightmare... if we let them. These days we can go to Wikipedia and consult its articles, or ask one of the seven million AI chatbots about the exact conversion process. However, I have something even simpler at hand, and I would like to share it.

How to Calculate Time Zones with Every Time Zone

Every Time Zone: World Schedules at Your Fingertips
You don't even need to use the keyboard

Every Time Zone presents a direct and intuitive way to calculate time zones, without even having to use the keyboard to enter advanced parameters. All we have to do is move the green selector until the original time appears in the corresponding time zone.

For example, imagine a meeting starts at 10 a.m., Pacific Time (PST). In Every Time Zone, it's enough to find the PST label, and move the selector until it reports ten in the morning on the correct bar (PST is the first). The time indicated by the green selector at the top is the direct equivalent in our local time.

Its design is simple, so there will be no problems visiting this site with a mobile device. Finally, the Pro version of Every Time Zone allows us to schedule events and configure contacts, but its core function is free, and I definitely recommend it.
