GMI Cloud announced a $668 million financing package on September 30, 2026, for its AI infrastructure business. It comprises $223 million in Series B equity led by ARCHIV, with NVIDIA participating, and a separate $445 million credit facility led by CTBC.

Where GMI Cloud plans to expand

GMI Cloud said it intends to use the financing to expand capacity in the United States, Taiwan and the rest of APAC, grow its inference services and hire. The company presented these as planned uses of the financing.

Operating metrics reported by GMI Cloud

GMI Cloud reported contracted annual recurring revenue (ARR) above $600 million, more than nine times its year-end 2025 level. ARR is an annualized measure of recurring contract value; it is distinct from recognized revenue. The company also said live ARR in production had grown more than 4.5 times compared with year-end 2025.

GMI Cloud reported that its inference platform processes approximately 4 trillion tokens per week.
