Alphabet reported $30.709 billion in Google Cloud revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up 103% from $15.157 billion a year earlier. The October 28 results cover the whole Cloud segment, which includes services and products, not just TPU systems. Alphabet’s Q3 2026 earnings release gives the segment’s revenue and operating income.

What Google Cloud revenue includes

Alphabet says Google Cloud’s services revenue comes primarily from consumption-based fees and subscriptions for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace and other enterprise services. Product revenue comes primarily from TPU system sales. Alphabet attributed Cloud’s growth to strength across enterprise AI infrastructure, enterprise AI solutions and core GCP services, with TPU system sales also contributing. It did not give a separate dollar figure for TPU revenue.

Revenue and operating margin across the two quarters

Google Cloud’s operating income rose from $3.594 billion in Q3 2025 to $11.121 billion in Q3 2026. The margins below are calculated by dividing operating income by revenue; Alphabet did not report them as separate figures.

QuarterGoogle Cloud revenueGoogle Cloud operating incomeCalculated operating margin
Q3 2025$15.157 billion$3.594 billion23.7%
Q3 2026$30.709 billion$11.121 billion36.2%

That calculation puts operating income at a larger share of Cloud revenue in Q3 2026 than a year earlier.

Cloud revenue beside advertising and company-wide cash flow

Google Cloud reported $30.709 billion in Q3 2026 revenue, while Google advertising revenue was $82.012 billion for the same quarter.

Alphabet also reported $42.290 billion in operating cash flow and $51.355 billion in capital expenditures for the quarter. Its free cash flow, which Alphabet calculates as operating cash flow minus capital expenditures, was negative $9.065 billion. These cash-flow figures are for Alphabet as a whole, not Google Cloud alone.
