Searching for a job from the comfort of your computer or mobile device will now be much easier. Google has just launched a new job search feature in its search engine that works with artificial intelligence to deliver results that let you see job offers online.
Job hunting is a recurring issue worldwide. Now this can be simpler because Google has just launched a new job search feature in its search engine that works with artificial intelligence. The idea is to give job seekers an easy way to see what jobs are available without having to visit multiple sites just to find duplicate postings and a bunch of irrelevant jobs. With this new feature, already available in the search engine for desktop and mobile, all you have to do is type "jobs near me" or similar phrases related to job searching to get results that let you see job offers online.
Among the results are job-oriented web services like LinkedIn, Monster, WayUp, DirectEmployers, CareerBuilder and Facebook, among others. You can also customize your searches with filters by sector, location, job posting date and company; as well as filter job searches by full-time or part-time. When you click to get more information about a specific job, Google will show you employer reviews from former and current employees, as well as the average travel time to the workplace.
You can even enable notifications to get an immediate alert when a new job matching a personalized query is posted. Google announced it will make tips and guides available to everyone so these ads appear in search results. Once you find a job, you'll be directed to the job site to start the actual application process. For jobs that appear on multiple sites, Google will link you to the one with the most complete job posting. The only bad news is that this feature is currently only available in the United States, but soon Google will be updated to search for jobs worldwide.
