Graph Printer Paper was created by Philippe Marquis, and its latest available version is 4.21. When you download the zip file, you'll notice that there's only an exe inside, but that's not the main executable, but a self-extracting archive. The program's interface is very easy to grasp even though it's in English.

The "Change Variant" button lets us choose a pattern from the multiple designs available, and once loaded, the secondary options help us adjust or customize the pattern, with tighter or wider lines, its placement and centering on the sheet, the final print size, and even the color intensity.

If you don't have a printer but would like to save the patterns, no problem: Graph Printer Paper enables export through the old EMF format, which can be opened even by classic Paint.

This software is more than 20 years old, the official page disappeared, and honestly I don't know anything about its developer beyond the name and an old address (the original distribution is postcardware), but it takes up less than 800 kilobytes, works without issues on Windows 10 x64, does what we ask, and nothing more.
