PlayStation Blog LATAM says PS5 pre-loading is for customers who pre-ordered the game and begins at midnight local time on November 10. IGN reports that Xbox Series X|S pre-loading begins at 00:00 GMT on November 10; its US schedule gives the local times in the table.

How much storage to free on PS5
PlayStation recommends freeing at least 212 GB on PS5. IGN separately reports a pre-load size of up to 212 GB, depending on the device.
When you can start playing
Pre-loading gets the game files onto the console ahead of launch; it does not unlock play early. PlayStation gives November 19, 2026 as the PS5 launch date and says players can start when the game becomes available.
