The GTA 6 soundtrack is not available as a complete official tracklist, but its musical identity is already emerging. The September 15 artist posts sparked a new round of speculation
Travis Scott, Future, Metro Boomin, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., Morgan Wallen, Rauw Alejandro, Keith Richards and Yung Lean were among the artists linked to a wave of GTA-style social posts. The images included Vice City-themed visuals and other artwork associated with Grand Theft Auto VI. Travis Scott also tagged Rockstar Games in a post and referred to a return to games.
Those posts point to a connection with the GTA VI promotional cycle, but they do not identify a single role. The artists could be associated with music, radio programming, performances, characters or another part of the game’s promotion. Travis Scott’s role, in particular, has not been specified.
Songs already heard in official GTA VI material
The clearest answers come from the music used in Grand Theft Auto VI’s promotional videos. The first trailer featured Tom Petty’s “Love Is a Long Road.” The second used The Pointer Sisters’ “Hot Together,” Wang Chung’s “Everybody Have Fun Tonight,” Zenglen’s “Child Support” and Tammy Wynette’s “Talkin’ To Myself Again.”
The extended look released in August 2026 broadened the picture further. Its music was associated with artists including Birdman and Lil Wayne, Sexyy Red and Tay Keith, Skrilla, The Bellamy Brothers, Def Leppard, Depeche Mode, Captain & Tennille, Prefab Sprout, !!!, Meah Pace, DRÆVEN, Cliff Richard, Chimbala and Omega, Phil Collins, Aluna and Jayda G, and Bob Moses and Elderbrook.
Twenty songs have been identified across the trailers and extended look. That count describes music heard in promotional material; it does not amount to the final in-game soundtrack or establish which station would play each track.
Has the GTA 6 soundtrack leaked?
Parts of the soundtrack have reportedly been identified from leaked footage and documents. Possible additions include “Unforgettable,” “Players,” “For What It’s Worth,” “Overpowered,” “Rhinestone Cowboy,” “Million Dollar Baby” and “Waymore’s Blues.”
Reported or leaked station names include Back Country Radio, Circoloco Records Radio, Cocoteo FM, Dirty South Classics, Emotion 98.3, Honey FM, Kaleidoscope FM, La Ola, Radio On.U, Stockyard FM, Symphony FM, The Chamber 106.6, The Wipe, V-Rock and WorldWide FM.
These lists belong to unfinished or fan-assembled material rather than the confirmed promotional music. Community discussions have also challenged alleged tracklists that reuse songs associated with earlier Grand Theft Auto games. A complete leak therefore cannot be treated as the finished GTA VI lineup.
Could the teased artists be songs, DJs or characters?
The artist posts leave several possibilities open. A musician connected to GTA VI could appear through a licensed song, host or contribute to a radio station, perform in the game, voice a character or participate in promotion without appearing on the soundtrack at all.
That is why the posts do not answer the direct question about Travis Scott. They suggest a link to Rockstar Games and Grand Theft Auto VI, but they do not specify whether he will contribute music, host a station, voice a character or take another role. The same distinction applies to Future, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., Morgan Wallen, Rauw Alejandro and the other names in the teaser wave.
A leak-based report has also described a possible feature that would let players select individual songs on demand. That possibility has not been presented as an announced GTA VI feature by Rockstar Games.
What Rockstar Games has published
Rockstar Games has published the Grand Theft Auto VI extended look, and the trailers and preview have exposed a substantial range of music: rock, pop, country, electronic, hip-hop, classical and Latin sounds. The company has not published a complete GTA VI soundtrack or specified the roles of the artists linked to the September 15 posts.
