DOOM, Quake, Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, Shadow Warrior and Serious Sam are without a doubt six FPS from the 90s where the story mattered less than the action itself. Shooting, moving fast, keep shooting, jumping, reloading, and firing at anything that moves were the keys to surviving the various levels, where hordes of enemies appeared over and over, with the sole purpose of eliminating you.
A Modern Take on Classic Action
Inspired by those titles and taking advantage of current technology, Hellbound seeks to satisfy all genre fans, those who love pure, hard action, all kinds of weapons, waves of lethal enemies, and the most varied power-ups. Focused more on action and speed and developed on Unreal 4, in Hellbound you take on the role of a character who must face hell demons with a trigger-happy attitude. Blood everywhere! Support the Development
Hellbound is the second game from independent studio Saibot Studios (the first was the horror adventure Doorways), which has just launched a Kickstarter funding campaign. The game needs $40,000 to finance itself, and all contributors will get gifts like a copy of the game, the soundtrack, and concept art, among several more prizes. Hellbound is being developed by Saibot Studios and will be available on Windows. The game doesn't have a concrete release date, but it's expected to arrive on Steam in May 2019.
