XnRetro
XnRetro is, without a doubt, one of the best programs for adding vintage effects to images. The platform offers you more than 20 effects that are applied immediately to the open image in its interface. XnRetro is available for free on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
FotoJet Designer
We continue with FotoJet Designer, a program that lets you choose from 10 retro effects to apply to photos. From the Effect tab you'll open a pop-up window and with a single click you'll add the effect immediately to the photo. FotoJet Designer is available for free for Windows.
PhoXo
The platform has more than 30 effects (Effect Lib) and among them you'll find a large number of vintage effects. The effects are applied with a simple click and then you just have to export the image. PhoXo is free and works on Windows.
FotoSketcher
FotoSketcher is a powerful image editor that has a large number of visual effects, but it offers only one vintage effect. (File - Drawing Parameters - Vintage Effect).
