How to Emulate Keyboard and Mouse with a Gamepad via AntiMicro

AntiMicro is a program that lets us emulate, recategorize, and/or redirect keyboard and mouse commands to a gamepad, so the game doesn't notice the difference. Another interesting aspect is that AntiMicro isn't limited to games; it works with conventional applications as well. The Windows build includes a portable version, so you can skip the installation process. Running the executable with elevated privileges isn't mandatory, but we recommend it anyway.

The simplest way to associate commands is through the Quick Set function. First, you press the command on the gamepad, then you do the same with the keyboard or mouse, following the game's configuration. Once you're done, minimize AntiMicro and load your game. That's it! The program supports more than one controller (assigns a tab to each one in the interface) and gives us the ability to record multiple presets.

In an ideal world, AntiMicro should already work flawlessly on your system, but we have to mention certain technical details. On one hand, the program hasn't received updates since November 2016, and although I didn't find any conflicts under Windows 10 1903 x64, the lack of updates isn't easy to ignore.
