This is where WSA Pacman comes in, a new tool that simplifies the process to a couple of clicks.
If we consider the general state of Windows 11, it is logical that Android app support appears lower on the priority list. Everything we have seen so far is a limited expression of its potential, and if you need to use mobile apps now, you will get a better experience with classic tools like BlueStacks.

The answer is a combination of region restrictions (only users in the United States can access the Amazon store), the absence of the Play Store, and the relative difficulty of installing APKs manually. How to Install Android Apps with WSA Pacman
Basically, what WSA Pacman does is act as a frontend or intermediary, so that APKs can be installed by double-clicking on them in the file explorer. The key here is allowing WSA Pacman to automatically associate with the APK extension. The program reports its operational status through the 'Connected' indicator, but if for some strange reason you encounter an error, you can use the repair function in the settings menu.
When you double-click an APK, you should get a pop-up with all the permissions the app needs along with its version number. A simple click on Install will finish the process, and WSA Pacman will ask if you want to place a shortcut to the app on the desktop.
Finally, WSA Pacman serves as an alternative for managing Android apps on Windows 11. The operating system's start menu still has many aspects to fix, but with a click on the 'Manage Applications' option in the interface, you can avoid all its obstacles and access a much more practical list.
