Another possibility in Startup Sentinel is to work with whitelist and blacklist. On one hand, processes configured in the whitelist will always start with the operating system, and on the other, blacklist removes and blocks any attempt by the program to re-add itself. Of course, for this to work, Startup Sentinel will need to be part of Windows startup.
