For the third method, we'll use two programs: VirtualDub and AviSynth (we use it to expand the output formats in VirtualDub) to reverse a video in just 6 steps.
First, install both programs. Then open VirtualDub and select the file you need to reverse. Go to the Video menu and select compression. A window will open; choose Uncompressed RGB/YCbCr and click OK. At this point, go to the File menu and save the file as AVI with the name InputFile.AVI. You can close the program and copy the following code into Notepad:
AviSource("InputFile.avi").Reverse()Save it in the same location where you saved InputFile.AVI and name it Output.avs (make sure the extension is .avs and not .txt). All that's left is to open a new VirtualDub project and open the Output.avs file. Then save the project as AVI (File - Save as AVI). The reversal process will start, creating a new file output.avi (it does not overwrite InputFile.AVI).
