The Huawei P40 suits buyers seeking a compact phone with a versatile camera and broad 5G connectivity. Its main trade-off is the 3,800 mAh battery, which holds less capacity than most phones of its time.
Its 6.1″ OLED display delivers 422 ppi and an 86.3% screen-to-body ratio, while the 175 g body keeps the format light. The drawback is its 60 Hz refresh rate, lower than most phones of its time. IP53 adds resistance to dust and water.
