While having a set of offline tools is never a bad idea (for example, a "maintenance USB drive" for troubleshooting), we can't ignore the online offerings. IT-Tools: An Excellent Portal with Online Tools for Developers
The Crypto section has a token generator, a plain-text-to-hash converter, a UUID generator, text encryption with four different algorithms, an RSA key pair generator, and a password analyzer that calculates the time needed for a successful brute-force attack (without dictionaries).
In the Converter section you can transform all kinds of data, from integers and dates to Roman numerals (with a maximum of 3,999), including Base64 files, NATO alphabet, case conversion, and color transfer (for example, from hex to RGB).
Under the Web menu you will find an OTP code generator, a basic HTML editor with WYSIWYG support, device information and keycodes sent by the keyboard, a user-agent reader, and a fairly complete list of HTTP codes.
Images and videos is one of the smaller sections, but that doesn't make it less interesting. On the contrary, there we have a QR code generator, a placeholder generator in SVG format, and a simple video recorder to capture our webcam feed.
