itel P38

The itel P38 is for buyers seeking a straightforward Android phone with a large display and expandable storage. Its main trade-off is modest screen, memory, and camera hardware compared with many phones launched around the same time.

The 6.6″ IPS LCD display has a 720 × 1612 px resolution, 267 ppi density, and a 60 Hz refresh rate. Its pixel density and refresh rate are among the weakest of phones from its time. The 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage are also lower than most phones of that period offer, though a memory card can add up to 256 GB. The rear camera is 8 MP and the front camera is 5 MP; both record video at 1080p and 30 fps.

A 5000 mAh battery is typical for its time, while 15 W charging is slower than that of most phones launched around then. Listed talk time is 26 h and standby time is 288 h. The P38 includes Dual SIM, LTE/4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Its connectivity overall is among the weakest of its time. Android 11 and expandable storage round out a basic feature set. The itel P38 is a straightforward option for buyers who prioritize a large screen and essential functions, provided its limited display, memory, and charging specifications fit their needs.
