LosslessCut is a program to cut video without having any loss of quality in the final render. This way, the original and output video will have the same quality in both image and sound. How to use LosslessCut
Once you download the program from its official page, you'll see its simple interface, from which you can view and play the video just by dragging it into the window. This allows you to easily set the start and end points of the cut on the video track, and you can also do it on an audio track (MP3, AAC, OGG, etc.).
To use the utility, just drag the video to the platform and, from the preview tools, you can find the start point of the cut using the icon <. Then you'll need to set the end point with the icon >. Once this is done, the two points will be joined, so you just have to click the mp4 button and the video cutting process will begin. It is a bit slow, so you'll need to be patient.
Remember that the video file will be saved in the same location as the original. In the bottom right corner you'll also find a camera icon from which you can take snapshots in JPG format.
