Meta Muse’s dedicated iPad app was reported launched on October 7, 2026, with work, productivity and retail connections named alongside the expansion. Muse’s iPhone debut was reported for September 8. For background on the assistant’s earlier pitch and privacy questions, read our previous coverage of Meta Muse.

Meta Muse’s reported iPad launch

The dedicated iPad app followed Muse’s reported iPhone debut by about a month. The expansion puts Meta’s AI assistant on another device platform; Muse has been described as an agent intended to carry out tasks through connected services.

The reported work and retail connections

The work and productivity services named alongside the iPad expansion were Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, GitHub, Granola, Klaviyo, Notion, QuickBooks and Zoom. The retail partners named were Best Buy, Gap, Sephora, Walmart and Wayfair.

These are two distinct groups: one covers work and productivity tools, the other retail partners associated with shopping. The reported lists do not specify an action for each service or retailer.

Meta’s separate agent-identification initiative

On October 6, 2026, Meta was reported to have announced work on an open standard intended to help websites identify AI agents. That initiative is separate from the Muse iPad app and its connections: its stated aim concerns how websites recognize agents, not a feature of the tablet app.
