The best mobile games compiled in a convenient package for everyone's enjoyment. A cyberpunk adventure in Gemini Rue, more battles with belligerent worms in Worms 3, and crazy taxi rides with Crazy Taxi City Rush, plus the brilliant Alto's Adventure, an endless runner on a snowboard. You'll definitely find something to play.
Alto's Adventure
Inspired by games like Journey, Monument Valley, and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Alto's Adventure is an endless runner on a snowboard. Controlling Alto, you move the screen of your mobile device to perform jumps and do tricks in the air. You can also complete any of the 180 objectives, such as traveling a certain distance or traversing dangerous lagoons. Completing an objective rewards you; you can also collect coins to spend on upgrades. And the more tricks you do with the board, the more points you'll earn to rank on the leaderboard. Developed by Snowman, Alto's Adventure is available exclusively on iOS systems.
Crazy Taxi City Rush
Crazy Taxi was and still is one of the most successful arcades made by Sega (especially in its arcade version). In this second mobile edition, the game has a couple of improvements and some exclusive features for mobile devices that fans will greatly appreciate. Crazy Taxi City Rush is similar in concept to Temple Run, where you don't have direct control of the taxi's speed, but you can use touch movements to dodge traffic and make sharp turns. There are several missions and challenges to complete, with juicy rewards that help you upgrade the taxi, and the ability to create your own music playlist. Developed by Sega, Crazy Taxi City Rush is available on iOS and Android.
Eliss Infinity
The updated version of Eliss returns with more planets to merge. According to its developer, Steph Thirion, this update adds dozens of new features and improvements, including an achievement system, a score visualizer, and improvements suggested by players. The gameplay doesn't differ much from the previous title, where you again have to move planets, merge or split them, to transport them to the colored portals. It's a simple concept, but when you consider the different sizes of portals and planets, obstacles like the suns (which destroy planets), among other things, it becomes an incredibly difficult game. Are you up to the challenge? Developed by Little Eyes, Eliss Infinity is available on iOS and Android.
Gemini Rue
Wadjet Eye Games, an independent studio specializing in graphic adventures (among which is The Shivah: Kosher Edition), offers us a cyberpunk adventure for science fiction lovers. Gemini Rue takes place in the 23rd century in the Gemini System, a star system that recently declared independence from the Taurus and Pleiades System through a war that lasted ten years. Although peace has arrived, the war left a power vacuum, and a crime syndicate controls much of the system. Controlling a law enforcement agent and an amnesiac, you have to gather information to hunt down this syndicate. Exploration, puzzle solving, and even shooting scenes are the strengths of this excellent graphic adventure. Developed by Wadjet Eye Games, Gemini Rue is available on iOS and Android.
Worms 3
The Worms saga has been bringing joy to players for quite a few years. Its beginnings were excellent, precisely because it was a game that, one way or another, would revolutionize the genre. In Worms 3, as in any of the saga, you have to control a group of worms, one by one and in turns, to defeat the opposing team or teams; this when you play multiplayer against the machine or friends. You have other options when playing, such as a story mode that consists of twenty-seven missions for a single player, or online play against other players. The novelty here lies in the card system, which you can use to benefit your worms or make things difficult for your rivals. It's worth noting that this game, like Worms 2: Armageddon, has a wide variety of weapons to use. Developed by Team17, Worms 3 is available on iOS and Android.
