Notation Player is an audio player with MIDI support that has the ability to transform a song into a complete score. The score is organized by instrument and voice, making the tool ideal for practicing songs, because while you listen you can follow along with your instrument or your voice.

Ideal for practicing your singing

Once you download the program from its official website, you'll notice an interface that looks dated. But don't worry about that—the program works very well and is quite simple to use. You only need to drag a MIDI or .NOT file onto its interface, and the platform will automatically open the score.

The environment will place the notes and rests on the staff for each instrument heard in the song (including the voice). A bar will indicate which note is being played, so you can practice the song you like best, either with your group or on your own.

If you're a fan of a band that has very few scores on the Internet, with the platform you only need to find the MIDI file and that's it. Of course, if you play the violin and the song doesn't include a violin, you won't see notes for your instrument.

You can use the tool in many ways. As we said, for practicing songs, for Karaoke, for transcribe the notes to other instruments, or for practicing your singing. In our tests, the utility recognized the treble and bass clefs and gave us an accurate score, but we can't guarantee it will work that way in all cases.
