Better late than never. The games this week are so packed with fun that we got caught up playing and forgot the day. Today we have Seedling, an adventure in the style of The Legend of Zelda; NYOS is a spaceship game; and Action Bros, a game loaded with action, shooting and explosions. Very good!
Ragdoll Goalie
Ragdoll Goalie: For lovers of the world's best sport, here's an entertaining penalty game to put your goalkeeper skills to the test. In Ragdoll Goalie you control a goalkeeper (or goalie) who must block as many balls as possible without running out of lives. To do that, click on the character and drag it toward where the ball is going to block the shots. You lose a life when they score a goal, but you gain a life after blocking five consecutive penalties. At first the shots come slowly, but as you block more they come faster, leaving you no time to breathe. Very fun and challenging.
Cat in Japan
Cat in Japan: A graphic adventure full of mysteries to solve, all to gather the twenty sushi rolls to feed the Japanese kitten. In Cat in Japan you're invited to think carefully through the puzzles, moving cushions and things scattered around the level, where the sushi you must grab to feed the kitten is hidden. You'll even have to analyze certain symbols on certain objects, as they will be the key to unlocking drawers that hide keys and sushi rolls. A simple graphic adventure, but it can become challenging at times if you don't pay attention.
NYOS
NYOS: A spaceship game like no other. Why do we say this? Because in NYOS you don't shoot enemies like any other game in the genre. Here you must first make sure to do the lock (set the aim on the enemies) with your weapons, and then fire the torpedo. Practice with the targets you have in the tutorial before starting. With the secondary weapon you paralyze enemies for a moment. Alternate between these two weapons to quickly eliminate the ships without taking too much damage. In each mission you have to eliminate a certain number of enemies. If you do it well, you'll not only pass to the next level but also unlock a new weapon.
Seedling
Seedling: A game in the best style of The Legend of Zelda, but with a small seed just brought into the world, which must find the titan beasts, form the relic, and accomplish its creator's missions. Seedling is a minimalist version of Link's adventures, where you have to venture into dark dungeons full of enemies and deadly traps while searching for keys to open new paths. Talk to the characters so they can guide you better on this fantastic mission you must complete. If you liked the early Zelda games, this one—though small—will be to your liking.
Action Bros
Action Bros: A shooting game in which you control a mercenary who must team up with his best friend to stop a dangerous terrorist gang preparing an attack. Action Bros has action, shooting, and explosions in each of its levels, where you have to complete a specific objective like capturing the flag or surviving the terrorists' attack. You'll have to risk your life and spray bullets left and right to take out all the bad guys. But the best part is its multiplayer mode, where up to six players online compete in two teams to see who's the best.
