The technique the environment uses is novel. From its interface, you can divide the book into two columns, putting the book in your native language (Spanish in our case) on the right side and the language you want to learn (English in our case) on the left.
How to read books in native and foreign languages in two columns?
From its interface, the first thing you need to select is your native language, then you'll have to choose the language you want to learn. There, the books will be listed, identified by the author and the title of the work.
By default, the platform will show you the book in the foreign language. But from the menu icon, located in the upper left, you can change the display mode to 'Split'. And this way, you'll be able to read in the foreign language and compare it with your native language.
How to listen to phrases in native and foreign languages?
The site doesn't stop at the translation service, because if you don't know how to pronounce the foreign language and want to learn it, you can click on a phrase (a line) and a voice will read it slowly so you can then repeat it.
