After adding the images, go to the FPS option and enter the number of frames per second you want. Then all you have to do is click Create Movie to create the slow motion clip. It is available for Windows.
Time-Lapse Tool
We will finish with Time-Lapse Tool, a powerful program that is designed for creating time-lapse videos. But with great ease we can create slow motion videos. After importing the images, you will need to click on Frame Rate, located at the bottom of its interface. There you select the number of frames per second.
