Reports dated October 16, 2026, said the GeForce RTX 5090 was missing from selectable models in NVIDIA’s U.S. Marketplace. GameGPU also reported the GeForce RTX 5050 missing from the catalog, while VideoCardz and Wccftech focused on the RTX 5090. VideoCardz and Wccftech reported the U.S. Marketplace listing change; Wccftech said it checked the catalog directly.
What the reports said was in the catalog
GameGPU’s October 16 report listed five remaining GPU filters: GeForce RTX 5080, GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, GeForce RTX 5070, GeForce RTX 5060 Ti and GeForce RTX 5060. It also counted 67 partner offers in its Marketplace snapshot. GameGPU’s report described its catalog findings; the U.S.-specific RTX 5090 reports came from VideoCardz and Wccftech.
Daniel Owen’s English-language hardware news roundup includes a segment about the reported Marketplace listing change.
NeoTeo previously covered RTX 5090 retail scarcity in Europe, a separate issue from the U.S. Marketplace catalog.
The catalog listing and the broader product page
VideoCardz reported that the RTX 5090 remained on NVIDIA’s broader GeForce product website. A Reddit commenter, u/reallygoodspeed, recalled that the RTX 5090 filter had disappeared and returned before; that is the commenter’s personal account, not an NVIDIA explanation of how Marketplace filters work. The comment appears in an r/pcmasterrace thread.
A separate report on GB202 allocations
Separately, VideoCardz relayed PC Games Hardware reporting that NVIDIA was no longer allocating new GB202 processors for RTX 5090 models. The report said partners could use chips they had already received. VideoCardz’s account presents this as a reported allocation change, distinct from the Marketplace catalog observation.
