The phone has a typical 4,900 mAh battery and supports 45 W wired and 15 W wireless charging. Samsung says a separately sold 45 W adapter can charge it to up to 69% in about 30 minutes. The Galaxy S26 FE runs Android 17 with One UI 9, and Samsung promises up to seven generations of operating-system upgrades and seven years of security updates from the global launch.
