Gorilla Glass Victus+ and IP68 resistance accompany a glass and aluminium-alloy body measuring 6.9 mm thick and weighing 179 g.
Its hardware is built around the Samsung Exynos 1680, an octa-core CPU reaching 2.9 GHz, the Xclipse 550 GPU, 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage up to 512 GB. Android 16 is supported by 6 years of OS updates. Connectivity includes 5G, Wi‑Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, USB-C and eSIM.
The 50 Mpx main camera has an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization, while video recording reaches 4K at 60 fps. A 13 Mpx ultrawide and 5 Mpx macro camera add flexibility, but there is no telephoto camera with optical zoom. The 5,000 mAh Li-Ion battery supports 45 W fast charging and 45 W wireless charging. Storage cannot be expanded, so the Galaxy A57 is most suitable for users who prioritise a smooth display, broad connectivity and long software support.
