Service Invoicing Template is a billing template for Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. With this template you get an intuitive, fully editable blank sheet to print your invoices.
The template includes fields for general service billing requirements, such as invoice number, customer, item descriptions, total, and taxes, among other options.
Installation and setup
To use the template, first download "Uniform Invoice Software" and then open "service-template.xls". In our tests, it opened with Excel by default, and we found it in the Downloads folder.
Now the template is available for you to make any changes you want, from inserting a logo, changing the name, company, hyperlinks, addresses, and of course all the invoice data.
This template is really great for having a standard invoice for small entrepreneurs. What we found a bit difficult is that it is entirely in English, so the first time you have to change it completely, but afterwards you will end up with a very good invoice template.
