Counter656 is a YouTube user dedicated to creating stop-motion shorts with anime, movie, and video game figures. A couple of years ago, we enjoyed his stop-motion Dragon Ball Z short starring Trunks and Piccolo in a tough battle. This time, he created a stop-motion Dragon Ball short to preview the Broly SHF figure, the Legendary Super Saiyan who has hated Goku since he was little. The toy is truly incredible, with excellent detail, good joints, and many interchangeable face and hand parts.
A Heavy Figure, an Impressive Battle
The only problem is the figure's weight: at 23 centimeters tall, it's quite heavy and hard to animate. But as you can see in the video, that didn't stop Counter656, who managed to create the stop-motion Dragon Ball short featuring a fight between Broly and several Zaku mobile suits from the Gundam anime. The best part comes at the end, with a battle between Broly and Goku in Super Saiyan form. Counter656 also handled the special effects, so we can watch Goku unleash his famous Kamehameha and other techniques in a fight straight out of Dragon Ball.
