Tagstoo is a program that lets you tag files and folders in a personalized way. You can create tags with shapes and colors, keeping every element on your computer well organized.
Besides a large database of shapes (animals, clouds, flowers, fruits, and more), the platform supports copy-paste between folders and previewing multimedia files and ebooks. The environment requires no installation and is very easy to use.
Getting Started
When you open the utility for the first time, it will ask you to choose a tag database. At this point, you can see all your files and folders in a Windows File Explorer style. From there, you start tagging files and folders simply by dragging the tag you like and dropping it onto the file or folder.
To create a new tag, click the Add button located at the bottom left. A new dialog box will open where you can specify the shape, color, and name. After creating it, the new tag will appear in the database list and can be used just like the template tags.
Additional Features
The platform also offers other services, such as exporting tagging data (ideal for cloning computers) and previewing images, videos, and EPUBs. Best of all, you can narrow down your search by combining tags, refining until you find exactly what you're looking for.
Undoubtedly, the program is a great option for organizing all your files and folders in a very pleasant and fun environment. Tagstoo is free, portable, and available for Windows operating systems.
