If you need a phone now, the iPhone 17’s listed display, chip and camera hardware make it a reasonable choice. Its camera trade-off is specific: it offers a 2x optical-quality mode through the Main camera, but not a separate rear telephoto camera. USB 2 transfer speeds may also matter if wired file transfers are part of your routine.
