Honestly, I don't know what to think. Some images convey a kind of mental disorder like Hoarding Disorder. Others fall into the territory of basic negligence, and then there are those that seem like poor cases of improvisation. Everyone does what they can with what they have, and personally I celebrate almost all attempts to "hack spaces" (the exceptions are very well documented), however, it's evident that something went very wrong here. Beyond the natural limitations of a place, the truth is that there is always room to optimize, and sometimes the process begins with something as simple as a broom and a couple of trash bags...
