D.O.A. (1998): A classic from the late 90s that was shown a lot on TV but still went unnoticed by many. It's a noir film, of the black police type, that begins with a guy (Dennis Quaid) who arrives dying at a police station to report his own murder. What we see is his testimony, of how he knows he was poisoned and by whom. A bit predictable towards the end, but it's a great film anyway.
