When it comes to swapping files over the BitTorrent network, there are actually quite a few quality clients. Personally, I've had great experiences with qBitTorrent, which is free and open source, but if that doesn't win you over or you're hunting for a portable alternative, you might want to download a copy of Tixati, a classic player that has been around for more than a decade, with no weird dependencies, no ads, or anything like that.
Long gone are the days when sharing content over BitTorrent felt like a dark ritual. Now all you need is a .torrent file or a magnet link and a reliable compatible client. Back to clients, my favorite remains qBitTorrent for its free and open source nature, but it's always wise to explore alternatives, and one of them is Tixati. Development of this software dates back to June 2009, and it recently received an update, so we're looking at a stable, polished BitTorrent client loaded with all the advanced features a user could want.

The Tixati interface is split into six sections: Home provides technical details about your connection and downloads, Share helps you share content, Channels links you to channels with all kinds of streams (mainly video and music), Search acts as a search engine for those channels, Transfers reports download status and enables advanced settings like adding trackers, and Bandwidth generates graphs showing how your bandwidth evolves while also letting you limit upload and download speeds.
The triangle icon takes you to information about the DHT system. Contacts is for those who want to take advantage of Tixati's social features (essentially chat), and finally, the configuration menu lets you adjust everything from the color scheme to Tixati's integration with the operating system and advanced network parameters.
To round things out, Tixati also offers a portable version that keeps all your settings and reverts details like file association when you close it. The only downside is that I don't see a Spanish translation, but that has never stopped us before. Give it a try!
