The idea of "population control" in science fiction is nothing new, but with Elizabeth Olsen on one side and Alicia Vikander in what is probably her creepiest role since Ex Machina on the other, we should pay attention. Technically, The Assessment premiered in 2024 and should already be available via streaming in some regions, but its new trailer confirms it will hit US theaters on March 21.
