TriDiv is a 3D modeling application that lets you build objects in HTML and CSS by combining geometric shapes, then export the model as code (including an iframe) and insert it into any web page. You can give your object texture, color, and various properties that turn your 3D model into a professional creation.
A large, well-organized work area
As the screenshot shows, TriDiv stands out for its large work area, with the services grouped on the right-hand side and at the top of the interface. From the top menu you can open a document, start a new project, save your work, and add objects such as cubes, cylinders, pyramids and prisms. From the side menu, you can manipulate the object using tools like “snap to grid”, set its name, or adjust its diameter, color and opacity, among many other functions.
In the work area you see your model from four views, which gives you a complete picture of your creation. Another standout feature is the option to incorporate flat images into the work area, giving the object a more realistic background (the background itself can also be manipulated).
Export and embed your model
Once you have finished modeling, just click “EDITOR” and copy the HTML and CSS code into your web page. In our tests, the inserted models worked perfectly in the Firefox, Chrome and Explorer browsers. The environment is optimized for Chrome, Safari and Opera, and TriDiv is a free web application that is available for web browsers.
