TSMC’s monthly revenue adds up to NT$1,494,243 million for Q3
The three figures in TSMC’s monthly revenue table are NT$467,580 million for July, NT$514,806 million for August and NT$511,857 million for September. Together, they total NT$1,494,243 million.
That sum is about 50.9% higher year over year. The corresponding July–September 2025 figures—NT$323,166 million, NT$335,772 million and NT$330,980 million—add up to NT$989,918 million, according to TSMC’s 2025 monthly revenue table.

The comparison with Q3 2025 and the analyst estimate
A reported LSEG SmartEstimate put TSMC’s Q3 revenue at NT$1.46 trillion, based on forecasts from 19 analysts. That figure is an analyst estimate, not company guidance or reported quarterly revenue. The sum of TSMC’s monthly disclosures is higher.
TSMC’s Q3 revenue guidance was US$44.6 billion to US$45.8 billion, using an assumed exchange rate of NT$32 per U.S. dollar. At that same rate, the monthly revenue sum converts to about US$46.7 billion. TSMC also gave Q3 guidance of 65%–67% for gross margin and 56%–58% for operating margin; those ranges are forecasts, not quarterly results.
What September’s figures show
TSMC reported September revenue of NT$511,857 million, up 54.6% from September 2025 and down 0.6% from August 2026. For January through September, revenue totaled NT$3,898,727 million, a 41.1% year-over-year increase. TSMC marks its 2026 monthly figures unaudited.
