And here we are again, spending hours searching the web for the best photos to throw them all together in this column we've dubbed the Visual Dump of the Week. Because that's exactly what we do: we dump these images here, because there's no other place on the site to do it. At the end, as usual, a recommended movie. In this case, 'The Boy' (2015), a re-reading of 'Psycho' (1960) that may be too slow for most of today's movie audiences, but which I always thought was a gem.

The Boy is another of those movies that surely won't please everyone. It takes a very long time to tell a small but unsettling story, and it escapes any genre you try to classify it in. I don't want to tell you anything about the story, so you discover it as it unfolds, but let me tell you in advance that it has a LOT in common with Psycho (1960). As I said: slow but very disturbing. Enjoy it!
