One of those controversial movies that split waters amid this cultural war happening in almost the entire world, particularly in the United States. Distributed by none other than The Daily Wire, the media outlet of traditionalist conservative Ben Shapiro, it already got half of civilization against it from the start. The ideological slant exists, but it's much less forced than in the movies of the 'enemy faction'. And that's mostly because the genre (action) lends itself better to the film's ideology. It's a 'Die Hard' in an American school while one of those typical shootings they've become so accustomed to happens. On Rotten Tomatoes, critics hated it (29%), but the public liked it a lot (93%). The same happened on Metacritic (13% vs 92%). Me, honestly, I loved it. It's a small film, but very well shot. The action scenes are very well done. It has a lot of blood, good characters (the protagonist is a tough girl!) and an ending that leaves you super satisfied and without any concessions.
