The recommended film of this edition is one that speaks directly to my heart, because its protagonist suffers exactly the same thing I do: irritable bowel syndrome. Of course, this is a horror movie, so there's much more than painful defecation.

Still, I don't want to miss the opportunity to advise those who suffer from the same problem: unless you also have ulcers, eat a lot of hot peppers, as I do in this video. It may seem counterintuitive, but it turns out that peppers contain capsaicin, which acts as an analgesic in many cases. It worked for me, and eating very spicy sauces once a week is like I don't have anything at all, and I poop like an angel. Here's a paper to read more about the topic. Because it's very important that pooping is a pleasure! Yes, sir.

That said, I'll leave you with the usual images: crazy, curious, gross, funny, and intriguing things. A luxury! Enjoy!

As I said, a movie that speaks directly to my heart, because it even seems like my biography. It's about a guy who, every time he gets stressed, has stomach problems and needs to defecate, which he does with great pain. He soon discovers that his issue isn't a simple health condition, but a demon that inhabits his intestines. A demon thirsty for revenge! Bad Milo! is a completely different movie that addresses the suffering of many of us with humor, blood, and poop, lots of poop. I recommend it only for those who love low-budget B-movie horror with few resources but many good ideas.
