The vivo T5 is built around a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1,260 × 2,800-pixel resolution, 450 ppi density, a 144 Hz refresh rate, HDR and peak brightness of 3,000 nits. These documented figures point to a detailed panel with a high refresh rate, but they do not replace hands-on testing. The fingerprint sensor is positioned under the display.

Its hardware uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo, a 4 nm octa-core processor with a maximum clock of 2.6 GHz and Mali-G625 MC graphics. The listed configuration includes 12 GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage up to 256 GB. Storage cannot be expanded, making the selected capacity an important decision. Android 16 is installed, while direct OS updates are not listed.

The 7,050 mAh Li-Ion battery supports 44 W fast charging, reverse charging and bypass charging. For photography, the phone has a 50 MP main rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization, an 8 MP ultrawide camera and a 32 MP front camera. Both the main and front cameras record 4K video at 30 fps.
