The vivo T5 Lite suits people looking for a large 5G phone with a big battery and added physical protection. Its main trade-off is the camera: the 1/2.93″ sensor is among the weakest of its time and there is no optical image stabilization. Performance is also worse than most phones launched around the same time.
Its 6.74″ IPS LCD runs at 120 Hz and reaches 1,200 nits peak brightness, giving scrolling a fluid feel and providing a bright panel. The 720 × 1600 px resolution and 260 ppi density place less emphasis on fine detail. The phone has IP65 protection against dust and water, plus resistance to shocks and drops under MIL-STD-810H. Its 6,500 mAh battery supports 44 W charging and reverse charging.
The configuration shown combines a MediaTek Dimensity 6300, 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The vivo T5 Lite is also sold in 6 GB / 128 GB and 6 GB / 256 GB versions, and storage can be expanded. The rear camera has 50 MP but no optical zoom; the front camera has 5 MP.
